Our client was in the process of finalising a modern extension of the back and wanted to landscape there back and front yards. Their brief included a majority focus on the back yard with considerations for storage solutions, turf, a cubby house for their daughter, vegetable garden and a lemon tree, the wife also had a strong preference toward the use of a rotary clothes line – all in a 44sqm back yard. Challenges we faced in this property was that the property was effectively built on sandstone, with very little topsoil.
